This document constitutes the legally binding agreement between ph80 Casino and any person who registers, accesses, or uses the ph80 platform. Please read these Terms in full before creating an account or placing any wager. By using ph80, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

You must be at least 21 years of age and physically located in the Philippines to register and play on ph80. This age threshold is mandated by PAGCOR. Creating an account while underage is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
Each individual may hold only one ph80 account. Duplicate accounts, whether registered under the same identity or through a third party, are prohibited. ph80 reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts and withhold balances pending investigation if duplicates are detected.
All promotional bonuses, free credits, and reload offers issued by ph80 are subject to wagering requirements specified in the individual promotion's terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
All ph80 accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Deposits made in foreign currencies will be converted at prevailing rates at the time of transaction. ph80 is not responsible for currency conversion fees applied by third-party payment processors such as GCash or PayMaya.
Abuse of the ph80 platform — including but not limited to bonus abuse, use of automated betting software, collusion, money laundering, and fraudulent payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate account suspension and, where applicable, referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities.
These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising between a player and ph80 that cannot be resolved through ph80's internal complaints process shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Philippine courts and PAGCOR's adjudication procedures.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms apply throughout unless the context otherwise requires:
2.1 By registering an account on ph80, accessing the ph80 platform, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, including all policies incorporated herein by reference — namely the ph80 Privacy Policy and the ph80 Responsible Gaming Policy.
2.2 If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not create an account or use the ph80 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2.3 These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ph80 in relation to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account or place wagers on ph80. This minimum age is prescribed by PAGCOR and applicable Philippine law governing casino-style gaming activities. ph80 does not permit play by individuals under the age of 21, and any attempt to circumvent this requirement constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
The ph80 platform is licensed to provide services to players physically located in the Republic of the Philippines. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are accessing the platform from within the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using ph80 is lawful in your jurisdiction at the time of access.
ph80 is required under its PAGCOR license and Philippine AML law to verify the identity of all players before authorising real-money withdrawals. You will be required to submit at least one valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document. Accepted documents include, but are not limited to:
ph80 reserves the right to request additional documentation and to suspend withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Providing false, altered, or fraudulent identification documents is a criminal offence under Philippine law.
Each player is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on ph80 at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, or through proxies — is strictly prohibited. ph80 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are confirmed, ph80 reserves the right to suspend all accounts, withhold balances, and permanently ban the individual from the platform.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at all times during registration and throughout your account tenure. You must promptly notify ph80 of any changes to your registration information, including changes to your mobile number or email address, by contacting ph80 support through official channels. ph80 is not liable for any loss or delay arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
ph80 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your ph80 account or any interest therein to another party. Any purported transfer is void and will result in immediate account suspension.
Accounts registered in the name of a corporation, partnership, trust, or any entity other than a natural person are not permitted. Accounts held on behalf of another natural person, whether as a nominee, proxy, or trustee, are similarly prohibited.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph80 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
5.2 All transactions and wagers placed using your credentials will be treated as authorised by you. ph80 is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials.
5.3 You must notify ph80 immediately via live chat or the official support email if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. ph80 will investigate all reports of unauthorised access and may temporarily suspend the account pending investigation.
5.4 ph80 strongly recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. ph80 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, social media, or any other channel. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to ph80 support immediately.
6.1 ph80 accepts deposits exclusively via payment methods listed on the ph80 platform, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. ph80 reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at any time.
6.2 The minimum single deposit amount on ph80 is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and by the account's current KYC verification tier. Players are advised to review current deposit limits in their account dashboard.
6.3 All deposits must originate from a payment account or bank account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and will be reversed. Processing fees applied by third-party payment providers (GCash, PayMaya, banks) are the responsibility of the depositing player.
6.4 ph80 does not accept deposits made in cash or via cryptocurrency. All transactions must flow through the supported Philippine payment channels listed on the platform.
6.5 ph80 is not responsible for delays in deposit crediting caused by third-party payment processor outages, banking system downtime, or network conditions beyond ph80's control. If a deposit is not credited within the expected processing time, contact ph80 support with your transaction reference number.
6.6 ph80 reserves the right to reject or reverse any deposit that is suspected to be connected to fraudulent activity, AML violations, or that cannot be verified as originating from a legitimate source registered to the account holder.
7.1 Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment account or bank account registered in the same name as the ph80 account holder. ph80 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
7.2 The minimum single withdrawal amount is ₱100. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply and will be communicated in your account dashboard. ph80 targets a processing time of fifteen (15) minutes for GCash withdrawals; bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day. These are target timeframes and not contractual guarantees.
7.3 All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Withdrawal requests from accounts that have not completed identity verification will be held pending submission and approval of required documents.
7.4 ph80 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing for up to five (5) business days for additional security and AML review checks on any account. Players will be notified if a withdrawal is placed under review.
7.5 In the event that a player has an outstanding dispute, chargeback, or balance discrepancy under investigation, ph80 may freeze withdrawal processing until the matter is resolved.
7.6 Only real-money deposits that have been wagered at least once on a qualifying game are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus Funds may only be withdrawn after all applicable wagering requirements have been met.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by ph80 are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each offer will be stated in the individual promotion's terms. Players are advised to read the full terms of any promotion before accepting it.
Unless otherwise specified in individual promotion terms, bonuses are available only to players who have completed KYC verification and have not previously redeemed the same offer. Welcome bonuses are available once per player, once per household, and once per device. ph80 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Games may contribute to wagering requirements at different rates — slots typically contribute 100%, while certain live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates for each game category will be specified in individual promotion terms.
ph80 prohibits all forms of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; exploiting mathematical loopholes in wagering requirements; coordinating with other players to abuse promotional offers; and using funds earned through abuse to generate withdrawal requests. ph80 reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate associated winnings in any case of suspected or confirmed bonus abuse.
ph80 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that players who have already accepted and partially fulfilled a promotion's wagering requirements will not be adversely affected by mid-campaign changes to that promotion's terms.
9.1 All bets placed on ph80 are final once confirmed. Players may not cancel, amend, or retract a confirmed wager except where ph80's individual game rules expressly permit a bet cancellation option.
9.2 In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that affects the outcome of a game round, ph80 reserves the right to void all bets placed in the affected round and return stakes to the players involved. ph80 is not liable for the consequences of technical failures caused by internet connection issues on the player's side.
9.3 For live casino games, the dealer's actions and the live studio management team's rulings shall be final in the event of any dispute regarding hand outcomes, dice results, or roulette results. Video records of all live game sessions are maintained for dispute resolution purposes.
9.4 For sports betting, the settlement rules applicable to each sport and bet type are governed by ph80's Sports Betting Rules, which are published separately on the platform. In cases not covered by the specific sports rules, ph80's general settlement principles shall apply.
9.5 Winnings credited in error — including but not limited to display errors, software malfunctions, or incorrect manual credits — are not valid and ph80 reserves the right to recover any erroneously credited amount from the player's account balance, including from future deposits if the account holds insufficient funds at the time of recovery.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ph80 and will result in immediate account suspension and, where applicable, reporting to PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement agencies:
11.1 ph80 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to minimising the harm that problem gambling can cause to players and their families. ph80 provides a full suite of player-controlled responsible gaming tools accessible from every account dashboard.
11.2 Available responsible gaming tools include: daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; session time reminders; loss limits; reality check notifications; temporary cool-off periods; and permanent self-exclusion. Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively.
11.3 Self-exclusion requests submitted through the ph80 platform are processed immediately and are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to re-register an account or use any means to circumvent their exclusion.
11.4 ph80 participates in PAGCOR's national self-exclusion registry. Players who have registered for exclusion through PAGCOR will be denied access to ph80 regardless of whether they have separately requested exclusion directly from ph80.

12.1 All content on the ph80 platform — including but not limited to the ph80 brand name and logo, website design and layout, game interfaces and graphics, software, text, images, and trademarks — is owned by or licensed to ph80 and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ph80 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not extend to reproducing, copying, distributing, displaying, or creating derivative works from any ph80 content without prior written authorisation from ph80.
12.3 Game content provided through third-party software providers (including but not limited to JILI, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution, and CQ9) is subject to the intellectual property rights of the respective providers. Players have no rights to third-party game content beyond the limited right to play those games through the ph80 platform.
13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph80 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the ph80 platform.
13.2 ph80's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.3 ph80 makes no warranty that the platform will operate without interruption, be free from errors or defects, or meet your specific requirements. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ph80 is not responsible for disruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet infrastructure outages, natural disasters, government regulatory action, or force majeure events.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms limits ph80's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by ph80's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine law.
14.1 ph80 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
14.2 Upon account termination for cause (i.e., due to a breach of these Terms), ph80 reserves the right to forfeit all balances in the account, including both real-money and bonus funds. In cases of account termination not caused by a player breach, ph80 will process any withdrawal of the verified real-money balance in accordance with these Terms.
14.3 Dormant accounts (inactive for twelve consecutive months) may be subject to a monthly administration fee of ₱100 deducted from the account balance, once the balance has fallen below ₱1,000. ph80 will notify the account holder via the registered contact details before applying dormancy fees.
15.1 If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of ph80's service — including but not limited to game outcomes, withdrawal processing, bonus disputes, or account access — you should contact ph80 Customer Support in the first instance via the live chat function available on the platform or by email at the address listed in the Contact section of ph80.one.
15.2 ph80 will acknowledge receipt of all formal complaints within twenty-four (24) hours and aims to resolve complaints within five (5) business days. Complex complaints requiring investigation by third-party game providers may take up to thirty (30) calendar days to resolve.
15.3 If a complaint cannot be resolved through ph80's internal process to the player's satisfaction, the player may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the competent regulatory authority for online gaming disputes in the Philippines. ph80 cooperates fully with all PAGCOR-initiated investigations and dispute resolution processes.
15.4 ph80 does not currently subscribe to any third-party Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme. PAGCOR's adjudication procedures are the final regulatory escalation path available for unresolved disputes.
16.1 ph80 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant amendments will be communicated to players via a prominent notice on the ph80 platform, by email to the registered account address, or by SMS to the registered mobile number, with at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice prior to the amendments taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or PAGCOR regulatory direction.
16.2 Continued use of the ph80 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and contact ph80 support to arrange account closure and withdrawal of any available balance.
16.3 The version of these Terms currently published at ph80.one/terms-conditions shall be the definitive and controlling version for all purposes.
17.1 These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
17.2 Any legal proceedings arising from or related to these Terms — to the extent not resolved through ph80's complaints process or PAGCOR adjudication — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
17.3 ph80 operates under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to limit or exclude any rights or protections afforded to consumers under applicable mandatory Philippine consumer protection legislation.
