10.2 ph80 will acknowledge receipt of all data privacy requests within seventy-two (72) hours and will respond substantively within thirty (30) calendar days. 10.3 ph80 may require you to verify your identity before processing a data privacy request, to ensure that personal information is not disclosed to or amended at the request of an unauthorised party.
10.4 Some rights are subject to limitations under applicable law. For example, the right to erasure does not override ph80's mandatory data retention obligations under the Anti-Money Laundering Act or PAGCOR's record-keeping requirements. Where ph80 cannot fully honour a request due to legal obligations, ph80 will explain the applicable limitation in its response.
10.5 ph80 does not charge a fee for processing data privacy requests unless the request is manifestly unfounded or repetitive, in which case ph80 may charge a reasonable administrative fee and will advise you of this before proceeding.
11.1 The ph80 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older, as required by PAGCOR and applicable Philippine gaming law. ph80 does not knowingly collect or process the personal information of individuals under the age of 21.
11.2 If ph80 discovers that personal information has been collected from a person under the age of 21, ph80 will immediately terminate the associated account and delete all personal information relating to that individual from ph80's systems, except where retention is required by law for the purpose of reporting the matter to PAGCOR.
11.3 Parents and guardians who have reason to believe that a minor has registered an account on ph80 are requested to contact ph80 support immediately. ph80 takes underage access seriously and investigates all such reports as a priority matter.
12.1 ph80 operates primarily within the Philippines and the personal information of Philippine players is processed predominantly on infrastructure located in the Philippines. However, some third-party service providers engaged by ph80 — including game software providers, cloud infrastructure services, and fraud detection platforms — may process personal data in data centres located outside the Philippines.
